After two days of massive-AWESOME-thunderstorms, a lot of "outside" ministry didn't happen this weekend (Dan's youth leader training, kids' club, youth group, church).  However, it provided Dan extra time to get all his props ready for the upcoming ACA (Asuncion Christian Academy) elementary camp!  Dan has once again been asked to be the speaker and he is going to ROCK it!  God has given him the ability and passion to do stuff like this and I love it when he gets an opportunity to share what God has blessed him with.  He's spoken at the elementary camp and enjoys sharing God's word with the kids.

We've gone as a family before, one time just the two boys, another time I was pregnant with Sammie, the last time Silas was a baby...it's great they allow all of us to go and be together as a family.  This year Eli is a third grader and has permission to participate in some of the activities (3rd - 5th grades). We'll see if he does or not!

We leave for camp early Monday morning, camp runs till Thursday.  Please pray the talks go well (Dan has a total of five talks) and that we get there w/o any problems.  Lots of rain = lots of mud!
The campers are coming from the big city on the paved road to a camp also on the paved road.  We have at least an hour's worth of mud to navigate till we hit the pavement for the rest of the way.  Nothing we haven't done before but you never know...we have four wheel drive for a reason!!
