Did you spot the ice climber ascending the abominable snowman's giant face??? The above picture was taken during a hike in one of my favorite places in the world: Conklin's Gully which had one of my favorite things in the world: snow covered pines. Since we are missionaries in Paraguay, South America snow covered pines are something I don't get to enjoy very often. Hanging our snow hats in Upstate New York this Home Assignment we've gotten enough snow to last us for the next four years until we return again from a semi-tropical climate. One of the coldest and snowiest winters in the Northeast, including the epic 2014 Blizzard in Buffalo, we've almost gotten our fill and are probably the only New Yorkers who are glad for it. Here's the run down: we've gotten to experience snow...
...at Uncle Larry's house...
...at the Christmas tree farm...
...at Niagara Falls...
...in the church parking lot...
...at the park...
...on the ski slope...
...in the back yard...
...in the back country...
...at camp...
...and on the road.
