Family Day Hike





As soon as the sunshine came out after quiet/nap time (roughly 1-3 pm), we ate some cookies for a snack and then "geared" up for a short family hike through woods nearby. Despite constant reminders of "watch your step", "stay behind Daddy", "Toby, give me your hand" and a few mosquitoes, an hour later we returned home a little sweaty, a little tired but a little bit happier for time well spent together as a family.

And, thanks to our teammates the Terhaars (THANK YOU), we were able to take some pictures. If you didn't know, our camera is broken and I have been practically freaking out not being able to take pictures of my darling newborn and growing children! (the Terhaars are letting us borrow one of their cameras)

    You guys are so wonderful as a family. What an inspiration to all who watch your family grow. I am glad to see you are all doing well. Glenn would love a chance to talk to Dan. So let us know when would be a good time through e-mail or facebook.
