Before we left Caazapa, we did get a break in the weather with a breezy Sunday afternoon. No one was around or available for ministry (there was a big soccer game going on...how sad is that?) we decided to walk around and go to the church anyway so the boys could fly the cool Buzz Lightyear kites they got at the CHN retreat.
We try to prepare our children for what is going to happen but usually things end up changing. I suppose it is good preparation and training for life as so often things don't go the way we plan them to. So we try to smile and go with the flow, not freaking out too much (OK, I'm still learning!).
