Song of the Month

This is the first song Dan wrote for one of our children. For Eli, who turned five years old yesterday. I can still remember the feeling of singing this song to him before he was born and then holding him close and singing him to sleep when he was little. Now he can sing along. Each night we sing one of the children's songs as it was starting to take too much time to sing all four songs. They love it when it is their turn and never forget whose turn it is!

When we were expecting Eli we didn't know if Eli was going to be a boy or a girl. We decided with him to be surprised. What a surprise! What a joy he is and truly, what a blessing from above!
