Before we left Caazapa...

...before we had to start really packing...

...we went to our last encuentro Jan. 3rd at Iglesia Biblica de Caazapa. Dan gave the message that morning and the church said farewell by praying for us and blessing us with a parting gift (an Ao Po'i shirt for both Dan and I)...

...Youth Camp was in Iturbe from Jan. 6-9. Dan was originally in charge of games but once again our dear friend Greg Cameron stepped in and volunteered to do games so Dan could be home and start working on getting the house and our things ready to move. Dan did end up chauffering to and from the camp and giving a quick training session to the counselors, but he gained two full days of being at home...

...the Sunday before we left Caazapa, Jan. 10, our friends Dolly and Roney blessed us with an amazing Paraguayan meal. We were humbled as Dolly prepared a feast for us and the Camerons that evening. Dinner began at 8 pm followed by fire works we had left over from Christmas and New Year's. The kids had a blast and it was a wonderful way to end our time with them.
